Delivery
In our brochure and on our website we clearly
state the estimated delivery time on individual product ranges. Most items are
usually delivered well within this timeframe. We always strive to ensure that
delivery is achieved. We cannot accept orders contingent upon a delivery date
prior to these stated timeframes. Where a delivery date is specified as
critical, we can only offer to do our utmost to meet that delivery date, but
this does not constitute a guarantee. As a result of this you the customer must
decide whether you wish to proceed with the order on this basis.
If we have agreed to deliver your goods, you
will become responsible for the goods as soon as we have delivered them to you.
If we use a third party carrier (e.g. The Royal Mail) to deliver them, we shall
be liable for damage or shortfall up to the point of delivery to you provided
that: -
a) The damage or shortfall is notified to
us or to the carrier (preferably in writing) within 10 days of delivery
b) (If the goods have not been delivered at
all) you notify us or the carrier (preferably in writing) within 10 days of the
scheduled delivery date
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Whenever we become aware that goods will take longer than the estimated
delivery time, we will contact you to give you the revised estimated delivery
date. As long as the goods are not items which have already been personalized
we will give you the option of continuing to wait for the item, or to accept a
full refund for the item in question.
There are several reasons for delays, but
largely it is to do with:-
1)
The unpredictability of the Postal and
Courier Services, and
2) The sheer volume of orders being handled at
any specific period during the year - in the pre-Christmas period there will
always be pressure on us and our suppliers to achieve our target delivery
dates.
Standard
Shipping
We ship via First Class Royal Mail (standard) or Interlink Express (courier) .
Orders outside of the United
Kingdom are shipped via International parcel
post, Airsure parcel post.
24 hour delivery is only available on products marked 24 hours £7.99. All other items are
sent directly from the manufacturers via First Class mail.

Delivery costs are charged per order to one address.
Signature
on Delivery
All orders dispatched will require a signature on delivery. If there is no-one
in when the delivery is made a card will be left. The carrier – Interlink
Express - will attempt to deliver the gift on two occasions. If there is still
no response to the cards and you have not contacted the local depot, the
package will be returned to Baby Bare Company and an e-mail will be sent to the
person placing the order advising that the parcel has been returned. To redirect the parcel an additional £15.00
(inc VAT) charge will apply.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Some of our merchandise requires additional shipping charges for heavy or
over-sized items. Additional charges are listed in the product description for
individual items.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to most countries. International shipping rates
vary according to the destination country and the weight of the item ordered.
Charges will be calculated on each individual order. Additional customs and
duty taxes may be charged on international orders. The customer is responsible
for these fees.
