At Baby Bare we know how special your staff and clients are and by sending a personalised gift to celebrate the birth of a new baby, it really does show that you have put a lot of thought and consideration in the choice of gift you have chosen and it really says something about you and your company.
It is extremely quick and easy to order from our site, we have a One-click re-ordering button, the ability to check which orders have been placed and by whom. You are able to print off individual invoices and statements, and to see which orders have been sent out, which items have been back ordered. If you decided to send your gift out via courier you will be able to track you packages status.
Our site is open 24/7, so even if you boss is in America and sends you an email to advise that a client has had a baby you can order at a time most convenient to you.

Q. Can we get a company discount? A. Yes, we tier our discounts dependant on your monthly spend We will regularly review the discount rate that your account receives. Even if you only place a few orders a year we will still be sending out regular offers and discounts throughout the year.
Q. Can we have more than one account with you? A. Yes you can have as many accounts as you like.
Q. We want to create our own bespoke gift package what do we do? A. By contacting us either by email on corporate@babybare.com or by telephone on 01268 799085 simply tell us your requirements, or if you are not too sure which items to include in your package, tell us how much you would like to spend and we will provide you with some gift suggestions. We will then set up a template, so that you have your own bespoke gift package, when you come to order you will simply log in to your account and under history you will see the name of the package that has been created for you, simply click on the gift required and add the personalisation details required.
Q. How would we re-order the same gift package? A. Re-ordering couldn't be simpler, login into account and go to your history of orders, simply click on the package you wish to send, fill out the personalisation details, gift message, and recipients address details and press submit order.
Q. How do we pay? A. This is dependant on your company’s ordering habits. If you are placing regular orders on a monthly basis, we would either request that you provide us with a company credit card for which we will take all monies due out at the month end. Or, if you require an invoice to be sent to your accounts department we will invoice you on a fortnightly basis. Our payment terms are then that all money is due within 21 days.
Alternatively, if you are a company that will be placing a few orders over the course of a year it would be far more beneficial for you to pay with your chosen credit or debit card at the checkout.
Q. Do you store my card details on your system? A. No, Worldpay does not allow any card details to be stored on our database, for obvious security reasons.
